We believe food should be a social experience, one that combines stimulating conversation, good company and distinctively creative culinary choices. We set out to create a restaurant where you can share a casual dining experience that creates memorable conversations. Our passion for conversation and cuisine is why we believe we’re a step above your modern day American Bar & Restaurant.
Food / Philosophy
We’ve set out to craft a menu that is diverse in both technique and flavor. The goal at Uproot isn’t to challenge people with food, it is to simply get them talking excitedly about it. Our menu is a collection of everything that gets us inspired about food; local ingredients, classic techniques, handmade components, childhood inspired standards and modern international cuisine.
Atmosphere / Community
Uproot is a local space where casual family dining and a relaxing night out with your friends seamlessly meet. A modern yet relaxed atmosphere that is appropriate for a quiet romantic date one night and a laughter filled family dinner the next. The multiple dining spaces within Uproot provides various dining experiences/scenes. You can always grab a cocktail and small bite at the bar, a quick beer and burger in the lounge or spend a night sampling and sharing the entire menu with friends in our dining room.
Chef / Owner
Chef Mark Farro, a lifelong resident of Warren, leads the kitchen team at the acclaimed Uproot Restaurant.
Chef Renner Burgos attributes his passion for food to his mother, who used to cook family dinners every night when he was growing up.
